Then fireworks went off, both literal and figurative, as Valkyrie leaned in to the kiss a bit more and teased Jessica's lips with her tongue. Whatever hangups the other girl had about kissing it certainly didn't seem to be preventing her from actually kissing, which was awesome.

Humming softly she slid her hands up from the lapels of Jessica's jacket and wrapped them loosely around her neck. This was definitely the best start to a new year that she'd had in a while.
